Manchester Airport’s Nolan Hough is another Keynote Speaker to be confirmed for the 2018 Parking Australia Convention & Exhibition (PACE).

Nolan is the Managing Director for MAG-O, a division of Manchester Airports Group. MAG-O is an internal digital agency, responsible for revenue management, data analytics, trading, marketing, distribution and building MAG’s end-2-end digital e-commerce platforms to grow existing and new revenue streams.

Nolan is tasked with building stress-free, customer-centric omni-channel experiences for customers, and is responsible for everything from driving traffic into the ‘funnel’, optimising price, building a product pipeline, conversion rate optimisation and insight, to building in-house tech capability.

Prior to MAG-O, Nolan was one of MAG’s divisional commercial directors responsible for Group Car Parking and ancillary revenues, delivering over £170m per annum and successfully doubling revenues in each airport.

Reporting to MAG’s CEO Airport Services, Nolan’s division is one of the fastest growing and most profitable non-aero streams for the Group. Nolan is also responsible for distribution and product strategy and has a wealth of experience in bringing new products to market, solving customer pain points and tapping into new and lucrative revenue streams.

Prior to joining MAG, Nolan has previously been Market Manager for Sennheiser Electronic GMBH and Co.KG, responsible for distribution sales into the U.S, Latin America and Canada.

Nolan will talk about how MAG-O has digitally transformed over the last 18 months, to set up a dedicated in-house team of around 100 strong and build a stress-free digital ecommerce experience from car parks to retail, fast track and lounge, including how they achieved it and what the results have been.

Register for PACE to hear Nolan’s session ‘An airport’s journey to digital transformation’ on Thursday 1 November.
